POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for leading the Holiday Inn Club Vacations vision, strategy, and road-map for the talent acquisition function in a high pace, high growth environment.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

1. Lead the HCV talent acquisition strategy and execution for all areas of the business. Champion local, regional and enterprise wide recruiting programs with a focus on candidate experience, selection training, diversity hiring, successful onboarding and retention of top talent. 

2. Manage a clear set of metrics and dashboards that forecasts, tracks, and communicates to the various business divisions in meaningful relevant ways that drive operational excellence.  Partner with COO, CFO and other executives to ensure quarterly and annual growth plans are met within agreed upon budget constraints. 

3. Regularly assess the market for new trends and tools such that the HICV Talent Acquisition team is always on the forefront of the talent market.  Collaborate directly with digital marketing team, internal communication team and HRIS team to identify, select and leverage the appropriate tools. Maintain a robust knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations surrounding TA work and serve as the company’s subject matter expert on all things talent related. 

4. Partner closely with the Brand Innovation team to ensure all messaging and employment branding aligns with the immediate as well as long term company needs.  Develop and champion plans to increase HCV’s employer brand year-over-year.  

5. Act as a senior leader of the broader HICV Human Resources team.  Personally oversee and take responsibility for team engagement, succession planning, career development of assigned staff, and departmental budgets.  Be part of the solution.

 

Job Requirements



 



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • BA or BS required; graduate degree in Business or related field strongly preferred.
  • SHRM SCP certification preferred.


 



QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 10 years of talent acquisition experience to include proven success in a high-volume metrics driven TA environment.
  • 10 years of leadership experience to include 5 years in a senior leadership role managing talent acquisition teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to use data to tell a story and influence executives.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Solid experience using an array of ATS platforms.
  • Significant experience creating and leveraging TA metrics to drive success, experience creating custom business specific dashboards.
