Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Tour Relations Specialist will provide a touring guest who has completed their sales presentation and not purchased inventory above $10,000 with an opportunity to purchase inventory below $10,000. The Tour Relations Specialist presentation will range anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes or as necessary in the Sales Operations Departments. The primary function is to ensure a superior guest experience while our touring guest are visiting the resort, and provide them with a financially attractive opportunity to become an owner at one of the Holiday Inn Club Vacation resorts. At the conclusion of the Tour Relations presentation, the Tour Relations Specialist will complete all required paperwork to affect the sale, or transition the touring guest to the Latitudes Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Conducts a 10 to 30 minute tour guest presentation as trained and scheduled
  • Closes the sale and initiates the purchase process
  • Attends training classes for continuous improvement    
  • Assists in ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner
  • Ensures and/or performs coaching and action plans as provided by the assigned Sales Training Managers and/or Tour Relations Specialist Manager
  • Delivers the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience

Job Requirements



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent
  • Higher education encouraged
  • Bilingual – Spanish/Portuguese encouraged but not required
  • Current Florida Real Estate License


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Must have T.O. and/or Sales Manager experience
  • May have Sampler/Exit experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude
