Job Description


The Tour Receptionist will facilitate the guest tour flow using a prepared greeting. It is the responsibility of the tour receptionist to assist the sales and marketing teams as needed.


  • Greet guest and ask qualifying questions necessary to arrive in system.
  • Light data entry and processing reports.
  • Communicate with management team of tour arrivals.
  • Answer phone call and transfer to appropriate department.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Bilingual a plus.


  • Basic office and phone skills are a must.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and mainframe applications.
  • Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
