POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for timely and compliant processing in all stages of an account file including verification, deeding, funding, upgrading/reloading scanning and satisfaction.  Further responsibility includes timely and accurate processing of rescission refunds and cancellations related to any form of relinquishment or change in ownership.  Duties include safekeeping of files and management of any documentation that relates to an ownership interest.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Detailed verification and preparation of documents for deeding including recognizing appropriate execution of all loan documents related to the mortgaged account. Preparation of mortgage and note modification riders and weekly reports. Maintaining up-to-date system information to reflect processing action take, name/address/phone number changes, social security updates and recording information.
  • Process, control and report on satisfactions of mortgage. Coordinate document preparation, assignments back from lenders and recording processes with title company.
  • Preparation, coordination, tracking and reporting of cancellations related to upgrades, reloads, DIL’s foreclosures, and refunds related to both Latitudes and Mortgage contracts. Includes timely processing of cancellation letters, inventory holds, and RCI updates for cancels.
  • Administrative responsibilities include mailing of owners’ Title policies, responding to owner requests by mail and phone, for QCD packages, ownership transfers, resales, upgrades, providing information relating to maintenance and taxes, mortgage and recordings. Updating system information, and logging all requests
  • Coordination of collateral files identified for funding. Includes interaction and communication with title-company and lender.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Prior Contract and document experience preferable in Deeding/Title Service
  • Prior timeshare experience in a like capacity preferred.
