Job Description


The Teleservices Customer Care Representative is responsible for booking surveys for current guests staying on property to offer an In-Room Survey and/or Owner Update. The Representative is also responsible for assisting in-house guests by providing vacation planning guidance that exceeds our guests’ and owners’ expectations. This position requires a professional demeanor with a “can do” confident attitude. The Teleservices Customer Care Representative must possess the ability to take initiative, accountability and follow through on all tasks and projects. 


  • Responsible for producing Surveys to our sales team and expected to meet all minimum performance standards. Complete knowledge of area/resort information and directions.
  • Must maintain the utmost integrity while dealing with our owners and guests.
  • Must maintain constant communication with the Manager of Resort Guest Services and Director of Sales for all exceptions and incidents.        


Job Requirements


  • Previous telemarketing experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a large call center preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Customer services and/or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.


  • Dependable and goal-oriented.
  • Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of timeshare practices including assisting Owners.
