This position will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting of a variety of high volume hourly positions across a region. This includes sourcing, screening, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent, and vetting qualified candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for partnering with human resources management, line managers, and senior leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategy from inception to offer. Must have the flexibility and intuition to contribute to all levels of the process. Must be familiar with EEO and AA programs, policies and procedures.


  • Manage open requisitions and applications; Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge. Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for: needed skill set & competencies, potential fit for current &/or future positions, and potential fit to the HCV culture. Coordinate candidate and Manager to schedule interviews.                                             
  • Build partnerships with local recruiting sources, assist with job postings, advertisements, utilize social media and web resources to search for qualified candidates, assist in planning and coordinating of hiring events.
  • Perform Reference and background checks, arrange for pre-employment screening, complete onboarding paperwork in conjunction with HR Coordinator, and follow-up with new hires on a regular basis to ensure retention.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels (online media, employee referrals, etc.) and methods to develop a proactive and steady pipeline of qualified and diverse talent for open roles, repetitively hired roles, niche roles and key job families & skill sets. Network with external sources to continually enhance relationships, as well as create and maintain the company’s presence in the market.
  • Attend job fair events and build company awareness at local colleges and other recruiting events as needed. Works on specific projects, as requested by the HR Manager or Director.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven recruiting experience.
  • Hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
