POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of systems including Infogenesis Point of Sale, Timeshareware, Eatec and others as assigned. This position also requires collaboration with Business Leaders and Finance Leaders regarding the planning, design, development, testing and deployment of new menus, methods of payment, reporting, new acquisition set up and ongoing review of existing set up to streamline, improve consistency and efficiency of systems.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support tasks for all POS, TSW applications and other systems as assigned. Monitor and maintain the health of each platform, including scheduled jobs and integrations from Infogenesis to TSW and Night Audit as well as TSW to Night Audit database. Includes ongoing management for requests and concerns.
  • Act as liaison to vendors and IT regarding interface and software issues. Manage system enhancement projects, including new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality, and coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and other post implementation support.
  • Perform set up and testing for new Resort and/or Outlets as a result of acquisitions or enhancements to existing resorts which includes data testing and migration, new resort set up within related systems and coordination with impacted departments to ensure all project milestones are met and any concerns resolved timely.
  • Conduct periodic audits of system use to ensure accuracy and completeness. Train end-users on reporting, general navigation, and specific system modules as applicable. Ex. Review of job code access levels.
  • Work with the key business leaders and project team members, utilizing both business process knowledge and the systems capabilities to capture new requirements for resolution of business issue.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of overall experience with maintaining systems including business analysis experience creating functional requirements, testing, and implementing technical solutions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required; SQL database and reporting/query tool experience a plus
  • Ability to effectively document and train users so as to achieve identified goals.
