POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for assisting the front and back of house with day to day operations of the F&B outlet.  Ensure back of house operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is stored, ordered, prepared, and plated according to brand standards.  Maintain a smooth day to day operation that meets and exceeds the resorts guest’s expectations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Direct and supervise kitchen and service staff
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures, processes and standards are adhered to at all time without exception
  • Schedule staff according to guidelines
  • Maintain a high quality of employee and guest relations

 

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Food and Beverage Management State Certificate
  • TIPS Certified
  • ServeSafe Certified

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Meet and exceed all budget financial goals as it relates to the kitchen (food cost, payroll, etc.)
  • Understanding of Point of Sale System and cash register systems
  • Inventory control and adherence to Par Levels
