POSITION OVERVIEW:
Acts as an event host/hostess and leads the activities staff in resort-wide events and activities. Plans and supervises the execution of all events as well as maintains recreational equipment and monitors supply inventories. The Activities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the proper performance of Activities Associates, Lifeguards, Pool Attendants and F&B staff, which includes orientation, scheduling, use of equipment and on-going training. The Supervisor also assists in all aspects of delivering an exceptional guest experience.
