POSITION OVERVIEW:     

This position will be responsible for assisting owners / guests with their luggage during the arrival, departure and or upon request including but not limited to room moves. He / She must be able to work collectively with the Signature Concierge to ensure a seamless check in experience. This person contributes for the overall guest / owner experience and must have the ability to address any concerns, questions and or request an owner / guest may have during their stay.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Traffic control under the porte-cochere.
  • Assist owners and guest with room relocations, transportation, deliveries.
  • Assist owners and guests with their luggage during check-in/checkout.
  • Greet owners and guests arriving and departing the resort.
  • Answer questions and provide directions to various resort amenities.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidates will have three plus years of related hospitality experience preferably within a Guest Services / Bellman environment.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, have 4 years of driving experience and a valid drivers license
