Job Description



This position will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition (TA) team by maintaining Sales & Marketing recruiting database systems and reporting. Systems include CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking System (CBAT), Data Warehouse Model, Recruiting Dashboard Access Database, and paid/social media job boards such as Facebook, Indeed and ZipRecruiter.



  • Monitor incoming team inbox and enter/maintain data entry requirements supporting CBAT and paid/social media. This includes opening, modifying and closing requisitions according to business needs
  • Verify data entered and proper formatting in systems by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data
  • Mine through various data sources to create informational reporting and directional recommendations to the Sales and Marketing organizations
  • Ad-hoc analyses, ensuring data quality, and development of new / existing reports to accommodate changes in product and/or business structure.
  • Participate in CBAT training/upgrades to become subject matter expert and provide trouble-shooting assistance to TA team. Monitors candidate management to ensure TA team performance metrics.


Job Requirements


  • Demonstrated administrative, organization and planning skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area is preferred
