Job Description


The Regional Sales Manager will support the organization’s mission to meet or exceed budgetary revenue and margin for the company.  They will also provide support, leadership and development to the designated Elite & Owner Line Sales Teams.


  • Provides leadership and positive influence on the daily operations of all sales and marketing training programs within the region
  • Assists in closing the sale and initiating the purchase process. Must be proficient in all administrative tasks and duties required of their position
  • Must be proficient in determining dominant buying motives, isolating final objections and obtaining a final or contingent financial commitment without assistance from another sales leader
  • Inspects and monitors behavior and processes of Sales Teams within the designated region
  • Directly involved with the opening of all new sites in the region
  • Identify opportunity areas from owner and guest survey trends, secret shopper reports, and site evaluations
  • Ensure conformance of all company and departmental standards and policies and procedures

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration preferred, but not required
  • Sales Manager level experience or above
  • Must have five years of industry sales experience including a proven track record of success in sales leadership, closing sales and training
  • Ability to travel 50% which will be dictated by business demands and site results


  • Maintain strategic direction by analyzing current business results and anticipated business conditions
  • Gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various problems, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Identify and resolve problems arising from employee relation issues, owners and guests, policy/procedural changes, etc.
  • Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
