POSITION OVERVIEW:

Project Management Professional with extensive project management experience.  This candidate will encompass a history of successful delivery of companywide project initiatives while managing competing priorities under aggressive timelines.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

•                     Ability to manage strategic initiatives and deployment of projects.

•                     Ability to manage and control scope, quality, risks, stakeholders, timelines.

•                     Establish and maintain communication plans including tracking and reporting of project issues/risks to the point of resolution/mitigation.

•                     Cross functional coordination and collaboration with company-wide stakeholders and project leads.

•                     Collaborate with Business Units, technical teams and external vendors to implement and support business initiatives/solutions.

•                     Facilitate operational aspects of projects including creation of project plan, internal review of documentation, weekly status meetings, meeting minutes, weekly/monthly status reports, including executive level dashboards & visual use cases (flow charting), time tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • 5-8+ years of Project Management experience
  • Must have experience managing the execution and implementation of corporate programs/projects, as well as, process improvement with multiple points of integration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Preferred
  • Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to professional growth in program/project management.

 



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in MS Office Products including Excel and Visio at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Proficient in Project Management software, Smartsheet preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be detail-orientated and have the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral).
  • Must be able to establish productive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent problem solving skills.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.  Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery.  Must be able to lift up to thirty pounds.  Specific work assignments may change without notice.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

 



WORKING CONDITIONS

The majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled environment, but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature on occasion.
