POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment to include greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions, maintaining standards, and adhering to accurate accounting processes.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Greets all guests and provides outstanding on-brand customer service. Enhances the guest experience.
  • Will assist guests with requests for, and respond to questions about, F&B product, and retail sales.  
  • Ringing up sales at registers for retail and other product.
  • Arranging displays to showcase targeted items.
  • Processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, assist with floor moves and displays.
  • Assist in other retail and/or recreational outlets at the resort.
  • Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by any manager.

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
  • Must have the ability to accurately handle payment transactions.
  • Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to include accurate notation of reservations, etc.
  • Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.
  • This position has extremely high guest interaction and requires great patience, tack, and problem resolution skills.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Must have high school diploma or GED and some cash-handling experience, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
