Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will be responsible for daily administrative duties supporting sales and marketing administration. They are responsible for overseeing the sales support staff, contract processing department, and will also assist with sales contracts and quality assurance confirmations during overflow periods from time to time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Assist with weekly payroll and reporting
  • Administrative duties related to Sales and Marketing Services including but not limited to the daily, weekly reconciliation and ordering of premiums, cash, collateral, food and beverage, and office supply orders    
  • Assist with overflow in Sales Support, Sales Contracts, and Quality Assurance          
  • Proficient in use of Internet, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Provide development, mentoring, and clear expectations to all team members in each job related function

Job Requirements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises all Sales Support staff



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred. Bilingual a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be process oriented with attention to detail
  • Self-directed and independent with projects but works as a team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a high energy level
  • Strong administrative, organization, and planning skills
