POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading a Front Desk team that creates a warm, inviting and memorable experience for our owners and guest. The role serves as a guest advocate and  is accountable for operation of front desk.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Assist in hiring, training, development, evaluation, and supervising of Front Desk Staff
  • Provides support in handling complex situations
  • Folio research, posting, discrepancies and any related cash handling issues
  • Confer with other departments to coordinate and follow upon all guest information

 

Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
