This position is responsible for the day to day operation of a Food and Beverage facility. This individual handles the administrative functions for the resort F&B outlets. Ensures F&B operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered and rung up according to brand standards.


  • Provides directions and support to all food and beverage operations.
  • Ensures compliance with all national and local laws regarding food safety/OSHA regulations.
  • Ensures all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assists with the analysis of the budget and P and L for the outlet.
  • Strong ability in generating revenue, through promotions and sales and ensure daily budget and cost control are monitored.
  • Monitors guest reaction, ensure guest satisfaction, responds to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provides training and development for team members.
  • Ensures orders are placed correctly and timely.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Supports the employee relations within the outlets.
  • Maintains the highest level of quality and service.
  • Schedules staff according to business needs and guidelines


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
  • 2 years of directly relevant management experience.
  • 5 years of relevant food and beverage experience.
  • Food and Beverage Management State Certification.
  • TIPS Certified


  • Meet and exceed all budget financial goals as it relates to the kitchen (food cost, payroll, etc.)
  • Understanding of Point of Sale System and cash register systems
  • Inventory control and adherence to Par Levels
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to motivate, engage and lead employees.
  • Anticipate customer / property needs.
  • Ability to maintain excellent guest service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
