Job Description


The Quality assurance agent is responsible for canceling any reservation that does not meet all qualifications and package rules. The agent is also responsible for making sure all guest reservations are traveling on selected dates, aware of all fees and meet all qualifications for the tour and package.


  • Responsible for live quality assurance on the floor.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks as needed, per management requests.
  • Executes proper communication with guest, agents and leaders.
  • Must be able to navigate through multiple reservation software such as MVP, SMART, Next and salesforce.


Job Requirements


  • Minimum two years telemarketing sales experience preferably in a large call center environment.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Must have experience utilizing data base programs.
  • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred.



  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must maintain professionalism with sales staff, coworkers, prospective clients and owners.
  • Must be able to work a variable schedule based on call center needs.
