Provide phone based technical support associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported issues of a low to moderate complexity.  Recognize, research, isolate, and then present a resolution to the reported issues. Provide technical support to administrative, operational, and technical staff of 1500+ employees, as well as users in twenty six remote locations, traveling users and external customers requiring remote high speed internet access while on property.


  • Responsible for taking incoming phones from internal and external users, Troubleshooting those calls and fixing the users issues or escalating those issues to the next level.
  • Responsible for working requests that come in from email.




Job Requirements

  • Associates degree strongly preferred
  • 1 year experience in a related IT position



  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Continuous computer use

  • Ability to Multi-Task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt in fast paced work enviroment
