This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive learning experiences that are delivered as self-paced online learning modules and through classroom instruction. Learning elements include: PowerPoint presentation slides, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, online learning modules, instructional videos, and other learning resources. The Learning Designer will use innovative instructional design methods, such as Design Thinking and CCAF, to develop learning experiences that increase competence, confidence, and advocacy.


  • Use proven adult learning principles and innovative methods to craft learning modules that positively change behaviors and help our talent achieve their performance goals.
  • Design and develop reference documents, such as: participant workbooks, job aids, infographics, online tools, and other resources in connection to learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings with partners from different business units across our organization to understand their needs and recommend learning resources accordingly.



Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree or higher in Education, Design or related field required
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in technical writing, creative writing, or similar role preferred
  • Advanced writing skills using MLA and/or APA formats
  • Proficiency with popular learning design tools, such as: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator), and/or Adobe Captivate preferred


  • Consistent computer use
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in fast paced work environment
  • Ability to Multi-Task, prioritize and manage time effectively
