This position will be responsible for responsible for the preparation, balancing, processing of incentive compensation, updating and maintaining records within the CATS Database. This position will also interact with Leadership across various disciplines within the company as it relates to Incentive Compensation.



 1. Interprets compensation plans to determine compensation calculations. Prepares, creates, and reviews Incentive Compensation reports. Interprets compensation plans to determine compensation calculations. Develops and maintains complex Excel calculations to determine compensation.  45%

2. Reconcile, research, and resolve complex general ledger accounts to minimize risk and protect company assets. Reconciles and researches SPIFF accounts to ensure accuracy and a monthly basis.  20%

3. Perform comprehensive research and analysis; ability to present and explain results. Assures compliance with policies and procedures.  20%

4. Records monthly journal entries with an understanding of the financial statement impact and Generally Accepted Account Principles.  10%

5. Assists in developing and documenting special projects and new programs as assigned by manager.  5%


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business area required. 
  • Minimum of  three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Timeshare / Hospitality industry experience a plus


   • Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level or higher
   • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be detail-orientated and have        the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
   • Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral).
   • Ability to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
   • Must be able to establish productive relationships with internal and external          partners.
