Job Description


The In-House Teleservices Agent primary function is for booking tours for current guests staying on site. The agent is also responsible for assisting in-house guests by providing vacation planning guidance that exceeds expectations.


  • Produces qualified tours for our sales team
  • Meets and exceeds all minimum performance standards. Complete knowledge of area/resort information and directions
  • Maintains the utmost integrity while dealing with our owners and guests
  • Remains in constant communication with the Manager of Resort Guest Services and Director of Sales for all exceptions and incidents
  • Solicits prospects over the phone to tour with our sales consultants
  • Ensure “world class” guest satisfaction for all internal as well as external guests
  • Exceed the budgeted tour requirements for Owner, RCI and Renter prospects
  • Meets and exceeds all minimum performance standards


Job Requirements


  • 1 year sales experience required, Contact Center Sales preferred
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of timeshare practices including assisting owners, RCI guests and renters
  • Persuasive interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills are required


  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
  • Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus
  • Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on contact center needs
