This position will be responsible for assisting with administrative and other work in relation to various Human Resources support functions at this Regional Office site. Assists with recruitment activities, new hire processes, paperwork, on boarding, and various other human resources functions as needed. Manages data, formats and generates reports, and assists with special events and activities.


  • Provides human resources administrative support for all Human Resources services and to site operational leaders and team members.
  • Conducts employment screenings to include entering and monitoring background reports, social security verification, eVerify, motor vehicle reports, drug test results, conducting references, and other reports and updates as needed.
  • Assists with onboarding process, ensuring accurate completion of new hire paperwork, work authorization, and follow-up as needed.
  • Confidentially maintains personnel records (electronic and paper) and other team member information.
  • Completes special assignments, projects, and events as required.
