POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for welcoming owners and guests as they arrive; directing guests/owners to specific areas within the resort or nearby attractions.  


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS (up to five):  

  • Greet owners and guests arriving and departing the resort while answering questions and providing directions to various resort amenities. 
  • Assist with providing an exceptional overall arrival and departure experience through partnership and communication with Guest Services.  
  • Maintain and keep area free of debris and reporting any necessary repairs that may impact the guest’s experience.

 

Job Requirements



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma or GED preferred.  Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience.
