Job Description


The Gift Center Representative ensures that the Gift Center is operating in a professional and organized manner while providing a positive world-class experience to our owners and sales tour guests.


  • Ensures world-class guest satisfaction at all times for all Orange Lake owners and sales tour guests
  • Executes the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing departments
  • Generates additional profit by soliciting guest to purchase goods and products in a face-to-face presentation
  • Maintains professionalism with sales staff, team members, prospective purchasers and Orange Lake owners
  • Effectively communicates with management all exceptions and incidents
  • Ensures Point of Sale station remains in balance
  • Ensures guest satisfaction at all times
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Adheres to and enforces policies and procedures established by Orange Lake Resort & Country Club

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience
  • Some customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and mainframe applications.
  • Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail
  • Self-directed and independent but works as a team player
  • Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude
