This position will be responsible for purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.  Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers.  Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.



1.     Source new and existing products from new and existing vendors using existing vendor contracts, vendor relationships, or RFPs as necessary.

2.    Monitor vendor and company compliance with contracts, brand & product standards and pricing agreements.

3.   Work with end users to determine needs and source solutions.

4.   Prepare Purchase Orders utilizing the company Purchasing System in order to procure goods & services on behalf of the user group.


5.    Participate in the maintenance and support of company Purchasing System.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or other Business Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience


  • General Microsoft Office Skills
  • ERP System, Purchasing Module experience.
