This position will be responsible for carrying out accounting and financial tasks with the goal of assuring consistent systems of internal controls, accurate recording of all financial activities, and timely reporting and analysis of project financial results for the assigned business functions.


1. Maintain capital project reporting and forecasting by collecting key project information from development and operational partners. 15%

2. Prepare and review project reporting and forecasts with development team and make updates for changes. 25%

3. Prepare Executive Summary Report at month end to include cashflow forecast though project completion. 20%

4. Review and approve all purchase orders, contractor’s request for payment and invoices related to project. 15%

5. Review Project Approval Forms and forward for approvals as needed. 5%
6. Communicate effectively with all partners on project issues (risks and opportunities). 10%

7. Respond to general inquiries/research. 5%

8. Assist with implementation and documentation of special and new projects as needed 5%


Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related business area required. MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Timeshare /Hospitality industry experience a plus.



• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial analysis, modeling and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Able to communicate effectively (written and oral), as well as strong presentation skills.
• Must be willing to work in a team oriented and dynamic environment.
• Must be able to work independently and approach new challenges with innovative methods.
• Must demonstrate an ability to think analytically and formulate solutions as it relates to business objectives.
