This position will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the physical office space at the Arlington, TX contact center. This includes managing all facility requests, preventive maintenance tasks, minor building repairs, furniture reconfiguration, oversee reception and oversee janitorial contract. Work in coordination with the Safety/Security manager to provide security services and safety programs. Maintain site operating budget.


  • Ensures all office services are delivered to the satisfaction of our customers by developing relationships, processes and procedures that support an environment of service excellence.
  • Conduct building rounds. Check for potential fire hazards, burnt out lights, faulty equipment and other life safety hazards and maintenance issues within the building. Maintain over-all responsibility for quality of all work performed and take steps to assure quality of performance.  
  • Enhance and manage office services programs, such as sustainability and ergonomic and provide support for ongoing wellness programs.
  • Manage operational and capital site budgets and month end budget procedures.
  • Manage vendor service contracts to ensure compliance with all terms of agreement.
  • Project manage moves, adds, changes of site personnel and minor furniture reconfigurations.


Job Requirements

  • Preferred minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Facility Management with 5+ years’ experience


  • This position requires day to day oversight of receptionist.
  • Expected to make independent decisions affecting facility operations with no supervision


  • Must possess at least one of the following certifications:
    • CFM (Certified Facility Manager),
    • FMA (Facility Management Administrator),
    • CFP (Certified Facility Professional),
    • FMP (Facility Management Professional),



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to make sound judgments in interactions with people and business decisions.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse population.
  • Resourceful and flexible attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task many competing priorities.
  • Ability to effectively supervise staff and administer appraisals.
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Projects
  • Intermediate skills using space planning software
