Job Description


This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining an upbeat, positive, and productive work environment in the Marketing Contact Center. This position will coach and develop contact center Outbound Day Drive Sales managers and agents.


  • Develops call center staff members to improve performance and efficiency through monitoring recorded and live phone conversations. Initiates and maintains new training and development programs.
  • Supervises staff to ensure marketing initiatives are executed properly by contact center team members.
  • Provides input and feedback to formulate and improve marketing teams and/or programs.
    Generate and maintain reports to measure performance of individual and team performance metrics.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to include, but not limited to: Facilitates lead assignments, interviews and hires new team members, conducts 90 day and annual reviews, corrective action forms, etc.


Job Requirements


  • Four years of sales management experience required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred 
  • Leadership of a contact center sales team in the Timeshare/Hospitality industry a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
  • Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus
  • Able to maintain required sales percentage per week
  • Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on contact center needs
