POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day digital marketing operations with an emphasis on pay-per-click strategies via Google AdWords and social paid strategies via Facebook/Instagram in order to support the Rental Marketing and Sales teams, as well as providing business intelligence analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop a strategic digital marketing strategy that coincides with seasonality, event promotions and company need periods, and be responsible for monitoring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase company profitability. Must also understand the principles of growth hacking, HTML, CSS, PHP to determine landing page conversion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with digital marketing implementations and have a strong background in analytics-driven decision making.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

1. Lead the execution of inbound marketing, demand generation, lead management and automated digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and ultimately new business acquisition.

2. Evaluate analytics data to determine profit opportunities 

3. Develop, execute & optimize innovative digital strategies and campaigns across key channels including; SEM, paid social, display, mobile and email.

4. Project manage and QA landing pages, banners, and other digital marketing assets as needed for monthly campaigns 

5. Measure, analyze and report on the impact of all digital marketing campaigns as well as ROI on marketing activities.

 

Job Requirements



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or Communications or 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Goggle Analytics & GA360 (Required)
  • Experience with Site Catalyst / Omniture (Required)
  • Paid Social Media Strategies (Required)
  • Conversion Tracking & Optimization (Required)
  • Programmatic Web Experience


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Google Analytics certification ( Preferred )
  • AdWords Search and/or Display ( Preferred )
     


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills including written communications, speaking and presentation development and delivery.
  • Overall understanding of B2C marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work as a team and be part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills.
  • Effective project manager who gets things done with minimal guidance.
  • Must have desire to learn, and ability to master new systems and tools.
  • Ability to work well with other team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Expert level experience required for: Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
