POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Teleservices Lead Representative is responsible for booking tours and selling bounce back packages at the same level as other teleservices agents to meet the production standards of the team. In the absence of management, the lead will also assist in the day to day functions of the department including managing the dialer, team meetings, customer service issues and handling any other department issues that may occur.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Professionally solicit timeshare and prospects over the phone to tour our resort.
  • Sell Bounce Back packages to guests that are unable to tour during their stay
  • Exceed the budgeted tour and packages for the department.
  • Provides vacation planning guidance and information to guests.
  • Ensure the guest satisfaction standards are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Manage the dialer and skills to maximize conversion.

 

Job Requirements



QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum of 2 years in the timeshare industry and previous telemarketing experience.
  • In-House Marketing or Teleservices experience preferred.
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of timeshare practices including assisting owners, RCI guests and renters.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal, written and oral communications skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills are required.
