Job Description


This position responds to and resolves inquiries from internal owners, guests, executives and other business units. Provide owner/guest satisfaction by resolving conflict with excellent customer service and communication skills. Uses conflict resolution, investigative and problem solving skills and may require conducting research through a variety of means.


  • Review incoming correspondence; determine the level of response required.
  • Record all cases in Salesforce using the appropriate status; update noting restitution and other resolutions and close.
  • Assist Members, Owners and Guests in verbal resolutions.
  • Utilize sound judgment and problem solving ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work directly with Directors and Managers to ensure the highest satisfaction level while maintaining company policies and procedures
  • Maintain composure and stable performance while servicing irate caller and discussing potentially volatile situations with utmost professionalism
