Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for the timely and accurate input and processing of contracts and all ancillary documents necessary to secure all types of sales from new sales to complex equity sales for all sales centers. Additionally, this position is responsible for the verification of all deed, exchange program activity and financial information to ensure the integrity of applied equity and owner information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Timely and accurate data entry, preparation and processing of, timeshare purchases, warranty deeds, affidavits and authorization forms. Day of sale verification of equity, deed, account status, exchange information, financial status and owner usage
  • Responsible for reviewing owner’s accounts and communicating, collecting and posting outstanding balances for mortgage, late fees and maintenance fees in various software applications
  • Facilitates Sale Pending Inventory holds, ensure unsold inventory held for daily sales is released in a timely manner and restricted inventory is released according to sales guidelines. Reviews and maintains reports for all daily sales, mail-out tracking and challenge logs
  • Conducts audits of daily sales identify and documents challenges and potential training opportunities. Documents accounts and properly routes action items. Makes follow up calls and sends letters to owners on outstanding corrections and/or authorizations; obtain notarizations, documents, authorizations or other missing essentials from standard contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Focuses on solving conflict, by listening to others without blaming, interrupting while keeping emotions under control

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to type 45 WPM
