Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining an upbeat, positive, and productive work environment in the Marketing Call Center. This position will coach and develop call center Sales / Reservations staff members. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: 

  • Develops call center staff members to improve performance and efficiency through monitoring recorded and live phone conversations. Conduct ride evaluations, initiate and maintain new training and development programs.
  • Supervises staff to ensure marketing initiatives are executed properly by call center team members.
  • Provides input and feedback to formulate and implement new marketing teams and/or programs.
  • Generate and maintain reports to measure performance of individual and team performance metrics.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to include, but not limited to: Facilitates lead assignments, interview and hire new team members, conduct 90 day and annual reviews, corrective action forms, take over guest elevated issue and resolve, etc. ll 

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four years of sales experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Leadership of a contact center sales team in the Timeshare/Hospitality industry a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
  • Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus
  • Able to maintain required sales percentage per week
  • Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on contact center needs
