This position will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas. Additional responsibilities include the delivery and cleaning of sales carts to and from sales locations.


  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of common restrooms
  • Trash removal and cleaning of all office areas
  • Cleaning of pool areas to include removal of pool towels and straightening of pool chairs
  • Cleaning of exterior and interior glass of all shops, offices, and restaurants
  • Report of all Lost & Found
  • May assist the department with special projects as required


Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks
  • Ability to be self-directed
  • Skill in attention to detail
  • Pervious custodial experience preferred



  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow written instruction
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
