This position is responsible for Annual Business Plan (Budget & Market Plan), Marketing Promotions as well as Brand Standards, Purchasing Standards, Labor Management and Asset Management, Accounting Controls, Safety and Compliance. Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the kitchen. Responsible for the outlet food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. Concentrate on menu creation, management of kitchen staff to include employment decisions, ordering and purchasing of inventory, and plating design of a single kitchen. May prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions. Indirectly supervises additional restaurants on property. Ensures F&B operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered and rung up according to brand standards.    


  • Provides directions and support to all food and beverage operations
  • Ensures compliance with all national and local laws regarding food safety/OSHA regulations
  • Ensures all cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standards
  • Assists with the analysis of the budget and P and L for the outlet
  • Strong ability in generating revenue, through promotions and sales and ensure daily budget and cost control are monitored
  • Monitors guest reaction, ensure guest satisfaction, responds to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provides training and development for team members
  • Ensures orders are placed correctly and timely
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment
  • Supports the employee relations within the outlets
  • Maintains the highest level of quality and service
  • Schedules staff according to business needs and guidelines


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
  • Four years culinary supervisor experience
  • SafeServe Certified
  • Bilingual preferred, not required


  • Inventory control and adherence to Par Levels
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to motivate, engage and lead employees
  • Ability to maintain excellent guest service
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
