POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of assigned F&B outlet(s). This positon will also oversee servers, bartenders, food runners, and Supervisors. Ensures a fun and attractive atmosphere is maintained so that guests and employees alike recognize the outlet to be the area restaurant of choice. Ensures operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered and rung up according to brand standards.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Collaborating with the manager and staff to support the F&B team members in maintaining the daily operations of the outlet(s).
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures, processes and standards are adhered to at all time without exception
  • Assist the manager with scheduling and labor management of the outlet(s)
  • Maintain a high quality of employee and guest relations

 

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • 2 years of relevant supervisory expereince
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Food and Beverage Management State Certificate
  • TIPS Certified
  • ServeSafe Certified
  • Ability to motivate, engage and lead employees

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Meet and exceed all budget financial goals as it relates to the kitchen (food cost, payroll, etc.)
  • Understanding of Point of Sale System and cash register systems
  • Inventory control and adherence to Par Levels
