This position will be responsible for the organization, execution and accountability of all administrative related functions, procedures, programs and policies for the department. These include timekeeping, record keeping, purchasing and accounting, scheduling, and reporting of departmental metrics.


  • Facilitate all office resources to include budget materials
  • Process purchase orders and keep departmental checkbook.                    
  • Answer phone calls
  • Prepare month-end reports for the department.                                    
  • Create and maintain complex spreadsheets and tracking logs.        
  • Monitor gasoline usage and keep all related records up to date               
  • Order supplies                                   
  • Process payroll for Repair and Maintenance.                                        
  • Personnel/payroll changes.                                                                       
  • Maintain employee information files and attendance records.              
  • Assist staff members with questions relating to personnel/payroll issues                        


Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older, have 4 years of driving experience and a valid drivers license

  • Must be able to collaborate and develop strong relationships

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
