Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The position will be responsible for providing support to Corporate Sales and Marketing Administration; ensuring information and communication are provided in a timely, accurate and effective manner. Additionally, responsible for assisting with overflow of data merges for prospect records.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of missed punches, PTO and serve as a backup for Payroll and Data Verification for weekly reporting for Corporate Sales & Marketing
  • Assist with Corporate Sales and Marketing events; prepare presentations, track, order, and distribute vendor products.
  • Prepare and manage all Corporate Sales and Marketing Charity certificates; secure approvals, prepare, log and process. Assist with reservations and tracking of usage.
  • Assist with all Corporate Sales and Marketing Award Events as needed.

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Higher education encouraged.
  • 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Occasionally may require weekends and evenings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Multi tasks and prioritize work in a fast paced high volume environment.
