We were named one of the fastest-growing private companies in Central Florida by the Orlando Business Journal at its 2017 Fast 50 awards ceremony. The award is based on average annual net revenues from 2014–16.

We were honored in 2017 by the Orlando Business Journal as the second-largest privately held company in Central Florida as part of the publication’s Golden 100 Awards ceremony. Entrants are ranked and recognized based on net revenues.

Honored with 11 Awards at Annual ARDA Gala

We received 11 industry awards at the 2018 American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Awards Gala in Las Vegas, following a company-record 15 in 2017. We won team or individual ARDA awards in Marketing, Resort Operations, Finance, Sales and Training, in addition to promotional project awards.

ARDA ACE Excellence in Customer Service Award

At last year’s American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Convention & Awards Gala, our Owner Support Team received the ACE Excellence in Customer Service Award for providing the best customer service in the industry to our Holiday Inn Club® members and owners. The Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand scored significantly higher than the lodging industry standard using the Net Promoter Scoring (NPS) system.
