The Supervisor supports the Manager of Facilities Operations and Senior Leadership to provide leadership in the daily operations of the Repairs & Maintenance team, and assists with the coordination and supervision of all upkeep, maintenance, and repair functions for the resort. They are responsible for helping ensure safety and security as required by the company and local, State, and Federal jurisdictions. This individual will help ensure that the maintenance team exhibits Stay Real behaviors and skills to provide the highest hospitality standards and customer satisfaction through observation, communication and recognition.


  • Mentoring, retraining, and developing employees to achieve and exceed standards, quality/quantity.
  • Inspections of Linen/Laundry and units buildings.
  • Assist in monthly linen inventory.
  • Assist the assistant manager with 90-Day Reviews.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparation of daily work assignments.


Job Requirements

  • One to two years’ laundry and/or housekeeping experience required.
  • Must be willing to train personnel in their daily duties.
  • Must be teachable as well as a teacher.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, and minimum of 4 years of driving experience.



  • Ability to follow written instruction
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift minimum of 30lbs
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Must be able to react and adapt to changes and priorities.
