Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate data entry input of all timeshare real estate transactions submitted from the centralized contract sales office. Additionally, responsible for assigning and monitoring daily tasks and working with members of sales management and other departments to determine disposition of challenged accounts and assist in providing solutions in conjunction with providing daily support to contract management teams at local sales centers.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Keep the daily process flow of the department running smoothly, reassigning tasks or altering schedules as necessary to maximize the use of personnel.
  • Provides Customer Service assistance to Sales Directors, Sales Managers and local Contract teams to ensure information is provided timely and accurately. Communicates effectively with Deeding, Sales Accounting, Title and Sale Management the current state of challenged accounts to coordinate disposition of sale and drive resolution of challenged accounts.
  • Prepare, review and distribute timely, efficient and accurate reporting. Conduct routine contract audits, identify training opportunities and provide timely feedback of opportunities to local Contract Processing offices.
  • Conducts training for staff and executes periodic skill assessments.

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years related experience in a fast paced resort environment
• Minimum of 2 year contract preparation experience required.
• Minimum of 2 year cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 2 year customer services experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as scheduled/needed.
• Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
