POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for providing a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for all guests by consistently monitoring pool and deck activity and enforcing safety rules. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Clean and maintain the decks, pools, tables, chairs umbrellas and other common areas
  • Maintenance and cleaning duties, i.e. towel light chemical cleaning, sweeping, and trash pick-up
  • Provide information beneficial to guest satisfaction by up selling resort facilities and services

 

Job Requirements

  • Water safety, guest service or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks
  • Ability to be self-directed
  • Skill in attention to detail

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ability to operate a Golf Cart
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow written instruction
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
