Job Description


This position is responsible to provide full administrative support for the Marketing Services departments. The position requires the ability to directly communicate with Sales Consultants, owners and guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering incoming calls while providing excellent customer service, ensuring efficient administrative operations, data entry, recording tour information, check for accuracy of documents prepared by the Sales team and assigning contracts to the Quality Assurance Team Members.


  • Directs incoming communication to proper source.
  • Ensures accuracy of Sold Today report.
  • Orders Owners Kits or other supplies when needed.
  • Completes expenditure vouchers, purchase orders and advance requests when needed.
  • Assists in all correspondence generated by the Sales departments.
  • Reconciles and distributes daily sales reports

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma, or GED equivalent.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Customer service and/or hospitality experience a plus.


  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Mainframe applications.
  • Ability to react and adapt to changes and priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
