POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations. Assigned tasks must be researched, documented and completed on schedule to meet required deadlines.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

1. Assist with compliance initiatives by conducting audits of secret shopper reports and quality assurance portions of the sales presentation. 80%


2. Must be able to complete multiple and/or additional responsibilities that may become evident and necessary to conduct legal business with minimum supervision and assistance.  20%

Job Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal, Para-Professional or legal staff.
• High school diploma
• Higher education preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Valid Florida Driver’s License. Must be maintained for the duration of employment.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to produce quality work with strong attention to detail.

• Proven advanced computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new programs.
