Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Outbound Vacation Sales Agent is a destination expert who will be responsible for communicating with current owners and inviting them to attend a member update meeting and sales presentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: 

  • Responsible for making 150+ outbound calls per day to secure and maintain that a proper volume of owners are contacted in order to meet daily production goals
  • Maintains knowledge of all resorts and services available to owners to ensure information relayed to owners is up to date and accurate
  • Handling incoming call from owners and answer questions they may have regarding the member update and sales presentation
  • Work with owners to find best date to attend the seminars within given timeframe according to the booking window and current availability

 

Job Requirements



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two years of sales experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Contact center sales in the Timeshare/Hospitality industry a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
  • Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus
  • Able to maintain required sales percentage per week
  • Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on contact center needs
