This position will be responsible for the verification of ownership information and usage to aid in the processing of Holiday Inn Club Vacations Membership Agreements for fulfillment of their points based ownership account. The position will also be required to assist with the data entry of ownership updates in the property management system to include RCI and/or II corporate membership numbers and point utilization.


1. Research and update owner information in TimeshareWare, with the knowledge and understanding of Contract Types, owner Usage Rights, and RCI/II spacebank deposit eligibility. This includes Conversions of New Properties.  60%

2. Global Choice program, Depositing and Verifications with RCI and Interval International, Cancellations, Bonus Points, Resales, and any other additional tasks/projects the department requires.  20%

3. Assist with multiple audit reports, including exceptions from the RCI Interface, and research/correct any discrepancies.  10%

4. Assist with processing email/phone inquiries from other resort personnel.  10%


Job Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Previous customer service and/or office experience or Timeshare / Travel Industry experience preferred.
• Prior experience with TimeshareWare, RCI ResortLink, and Interval International is a plus.


• Must exhibit keyboard proficiency.
• Ability to work closely within a team environment and/or as an individual with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-sufficient and a self starter.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
• Must be able to react and adapt to changes and priorities.
• Proficiency in current business applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Willingness to be trained in and use a variety of computer software applications.
• Carries out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
