Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for building and leveraging knowledge of automation best practices to create, execute, and track highly targeted digital and Omni-channel campaigns( responsible for building and managing customer journey workflows, segmentation, etc.).

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Strategize, set up, and execute automated marketing campaigns.
  • Administer our marketing automation platform and build journeys for our massive Marketing programs.
  • Assess and implement marketing automation platforms. Integrate data sources.
  • Develop and execute segmentation across database(s).Manage the lead lifecycle and implement scoring practices to assess leads. Carry out A/B testing and ongoing optimization on automated marketing Campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with the technology and digital marketing departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve client goals.
  • Review and analyze existing marketing campaigns. Report on the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement. Work collaboratively with the technology and digital marketing departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve client goals.

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of marketing automation CRM (Salesforce) expertise / certification .
  • Minimum three to five years’ experience running digital marketing automation.
  • Minimum three years’ experience with database marketing platforms.
  • DBMS and data management experience.
  • Experience coding with Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.
  • Technical expertise in the setup of campaigns, email communications, customer journeys, dynamic functionality, web and digital marketing analytics, and other platform specific tasks.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS a plus.
  • Experience with mobile push messaging.
  • SMS messaging.

  • Solid business acumen.
