The Manager of Treasury Services will oversee the overall administration of all treasury functions which include the day-to-day activities to meet the financial obligations of the organization. The Treasury Manager performs treasury activities related to cash flow, forecasting, borrowings, debt, and capital management. These include the corporate and condominium investment activities, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and all borrowing needs. The Manager will also support all aspects of operational treasury activities such as in-depth analytics, daily balancing, chargebacks, wire/book transfers, and the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to automate treasury accounting processes and create synergistic efficiencies with all other departments within the organization. This position contributes to company’s success by ensuring an efficient banking structure. Treasury Manager ensures policies and procedures meet the organization’s objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. It will require a liaison with internal audit and the compliance department to ensure that SOX Compliance standards are being met.


1. Administration and Analytics: Oversee overall administration and performs analysis of treasury areas including banking, merchant providers, and loan/line of credit lenders. Maintain and review analysis of the daily cash position reports, liquidity/debt management, and forecasting.

2. Compliance: establish clearly defined quality methods for staff to follow, identifying relevant quality-related training needs. Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated. Verify all our systems, procedures and documentation are in compliance with regulations. Review and update our SOP’s and develop best practices that allow us to meet business objectives and remain in compliance.

3. Reporting: Monitor performance through the gathering of relevant data and producing reports for the Sr. Manager related to all job functions described within the position description. Performs and executes on necessary project initiatives as directed by the Sr. Manager of Treasury.

4. Communication: Communicate with other departments by providing information, processing requests and come up with resolution on time sensitive items.

Job Requirements


• This position will have direct reports and will work with purveyors to provide coordination of all deliveries.
• Guidance is received with respect to general objectives for the majority of projects assigned. Specific policy guidelines will be received.


• Minimum 3 years prior experience in related treasury operations and administration required
• Minimum 3 years prior accounting experience preferred
• Prior analytics experience preferred
• SOX compliance experience a plus
• Bachelor/s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance required


• 5+ years of reporting and analytical experience
• PC knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
• Keen attention to detail and superb organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisors
• Ability to problem solve and provide recommended solutions
• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Background in banking or financial institute preferred
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Carries out any ad-hoc request by management
