This position will be responsible for overseeing the foreclosure and searching team.


  • Searching title for all related resorts, which entails using various search engines established to determined proper chain of title and insurability.
  • Responsible for guiding team members on searching efforts and training team by reviewing title. Understanding when title is defective and defining appropriate measures to clear deficit.
  • Reviewing Trusts, Wills, and Probate documents to establish current owners so that certain documents can be prepared to clear defects. Uses judgment to review facts and confirm risk.
  • Establishes relationship with two underwriting counsel so title deficiencies can be discussed to decide on appropriate action.
  • Reviews current foreclosure procedures and ensures team is in compliance with various state statutes.




Job Requirements

  • 10 year Timeshare related experience
  • Title experience required
  • Title Agent’s License preferred



  • Continuous computer use

  • Ability to Multi-Task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication
